What version of Dgraph are you using?

master

Have you tried reproducing the issue with the latest release?

yes

Steps to reproduce the issue (command/config used to run Dgraph).

Call dgraph restore with a non-existent p directory. The restore will fail.

Expected behaviour and actual result.

Restore should try to create the folder if it doesn't exist already.
