Having issues setting the manual cut off

Hi,

I have been reading many issues here, but it is still not clear to me how to set the manual cutoffs. I have a nanopore assembly. By running your pipeline, I got this:

The original busco score is this:

If I use the automatically detected thresholds, I get this:

And if I use manual tresholds like this: 10 19 19 20 20 240

I get these busco scores.

I am not sure which could be the best manual thresholds for this assembly, any help would be really appreciated.
