Here in the below api, add {Count :10} field in the response

Hi! Why do you need it, could you explain? I mean besides showing "total" somewhere on UI

I need this for two use case
1.showing "total" somewhere on UI
2. I am rendering group id's on table, i need the total count for pagination.

If we add "GET /api/groups/total" is it fine? I guess right now it returns an array and it's not possible to add key there :(
