Add a User Account section in OpenAMT UI

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When connecting to an AMT device in OpenAMT UI, add a section called User Accounts.

In the User Accounts section, display all of the users that have access to AMT.

Example

"admin" Have ability to edit the user to change the password on the fly
Also add ability to add a new account.
Username
Password
Confirm password
Permission - Local/Network/Any
Granted Permissions - Give the ability to add individual realms

To Reproduce 🪜
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to OpenAMT UI
2. Click on a device under devices menu
3. Scroll down and add a User Accounts section under "Alarm Service"
