@RickKessler is producing a submit_batch script for cosmosis / firecrown, so wait for that before implementing

I happen to see this issue by accident, and I think I can answer for this on behalf of Rick. The cosmosis/firecrown submit_batch script is ready as a stand alone unit. You can please find the repo here :
