Support different diagram types

This is such a great tool! In some compose files, the resulting diagrams are hard to read because there are so many arrows etc. I realize this is due to mermaid and not your tool. However, a solution could be to support, say, an Architecture diagram where the layout could be done more cleanly. Choosing icons etc and grouping could be tricky. Perhaps this should be more of a discussion, and if you like the idea, I could draft a PR.

Yeah, I was super excited by the approach, but the Mermaid renderings were so unpredictable and plain awful sometimes it drained all my motivation. I would be super interested in a new approach at diagram generation!

If you have the time to draft a PR or give more insights on how architecture diagrams may improve the rendering, YES PLEASE :)
