List with namespaces unresponsive

Describe the bug
When using version 0.31.8 or 0.31.9 the list of namespaces is slow to unresponsive. Reverting back to 0.31.7 seems to fix the issue.
Opening our cluster with about 1200 namespaces makes k9s unresponsive and use lots of cpu.
During this pressing any key takes about 20/30 seconds to do anything.

Opening the list of pods with about 5k of them has no issue.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to namespaces

This is with the default configuration as i removed k9s and the configuration files and reinstalled to see if the problem persists.

Be more responstive
