Feature description

Hey,
Currently our dependabot crashes, because we are using terraform 1.9+ and the dependabot only supports up to 1.8.
Could this please be adjusted?

My team and I are interested in this as well. We do see on the documentation that Dependabot supports Terraform >= 0.13, <= 1.8.x,. However, I see here it supports up to and including Terraform version 1.9.1? If true, and if we want to support the latest Terraform version at this time of writing which is 1.9.8, would it be simple as opening a PR that includes updating the TERRAFORM_VERSION ARG to be 1.9.8 and the SHA values in https://github.com/dependabot/dependabot-core/blob/fb5e79773264c63034a57f668f1b72c875237f9e/terraform/Dockerfile?
