[Supplemental Claim] Explore Filtering with BEP

Background

Not much is known about Supplemental Claims and the process they go through. There may be some filtering happening on the Lighthouse or BEP side, preventing supplemental claims from appearing on the Claim Status Tool.

What's Needed

We need to establish a communication with the BEP team and see if we can get some answers around the supplemental claims process and its journey through the different systems.
