Cannot go to definition in esm.sh imports

same as title. happened after lockfile got updated with redirects.

To Reproduce

1. clone https://github.com/scarf005/blog/tree/39e34951d6e65268937c0998970999dadad48bb9
2. in _config.ts, attempt to Go to definition for esm.sh imports

Expected behavior

type definitions are shown.

I was able to reproduce by checking out the previous commit, caching, going forward a commit and caching again. But it worked when I reloaded the window. Is this still an issue @scarf005?
