Bug Description

When there are 2 PowerMax arrays that are managed by different Unisphere instances, creating clone on the second array fails.

"CreateVolume: REP 0023: rpc error: code = Internal desc = PowerMax array (000000001) is not being managed by Unisphere"

Steps to Reproduce

Register 2 PowerMax arrays managed by different Unisphere.
Create volume on each of them.
Create clone from second PVC which will fail.

Expected Behavior

Clone should be created on any requested array.
