context db backups from e.g. 2019/03/01 are not going to work with the current cLIMS code - read quote from @nandankita :

oh.. It might be due to some model change, remember I have added some additional fields into the models. Now if the older data and code is not compatible then you will get that error
If you want to run the old database then old code needs to be installed.

in order to be able to browse older db versions use older versions of the software (cLIMS itself) as well ...

this is not an issue , but should be documented somewhere - to minimize number of surprises and time of debugging
