Several times during dev deployments I have seen Keycloak get into a bad state. The UDS realm isn't browsable in the admin interface and the fix ends up being to drop and recreate the keycloak DB. Only effects the UDS realm, the master realm always seems fine.

This seems to only happen with multiple keycloak replicas and after disabling the keycloak HPA and going back to a single replica I haven't been able to get the error to happen. Potentially specific to the uds operator or keycloak plugin? Also potentially related to #286.
