插入符号(^)	^3.9.2	3..	1.向后兼容的新功能2.旧的功能被弃用，但是可以操作3.大的重构4.bug修改	主版本是固定的，匹配任何次要版本，匹配任何版本号。
波浪符号(~)	~3.9.2	3.9.*	修改bug	主版本是固定的，小版本是固定的，匹配任何版本号
