Describe the bug
swagger UI changes, bug reported in swagger ui here swagger-api/swagger-ui#6249.

Should update the requirements of fastapi to latest release.

Expected behavior
show swagger doc

To Reproduce
go into the provided link of swagger documentation and click on path items

Hi @Xavantex, thank you for raising the issue. I see that that the fastapi v0.60.1 has Swagger version pinned, so the Swagger UI should now be fine? If you're still facing the issue, we can pin the fastapi version in Haystack's requirements.txt.
