Add example that compares traces of old and new pipeline run logic

@davidsbatista prepared code that allows users to load a pipeline yaml and run that with old and new pipeline run logic. The traces are then programmatically compared to let the user know any differences. We should make that code available to our users and point to it in the GitHub discussion about the new pipeline run logic experiment.
