[BUG] chat title missing from the web version

Describe the bug
the chat title is is always deepseek into-the unknown no mater which chat you open which does not reflect the actual chat title in the app

To Reproduce
open chat in the browser and hover on the tab you will see the title as deepseek into-the unknown which does not reflect the title inside the app

Expected behavior
when you open the chat the tab title should match the chat title and say deepseek into-the unknown
