Sorry, I'm a node noob... do I need to worry about this?

20 vulnerabilities (6 moderate, 13 high, 1 critical)

To address issues that do not require attention, run:
  npm audit fix

When I dun that I get:

11 vulnerabilities (3 moderate, 8 high)

but I wonder if I broke anything? Seems like npm test isn't working.
