Land Burn for PublicPath or Public Good

There can be a problem where someone may want to make a Planned development along with pathways/roads but the people who would purchase these lots would be vulnerable to paying inflated prices and then having the roads be removed and turned into something else by developers so there is a trust issue. It would be nice if people could burn land and have it revert into roads permanently and this to be trustless. This feature could also be useful for some other "public good" type situations. People could then build roads off the main roads and we could get an organically developing road system. I already see it could be profitable when there are roadfront lots going for double+ the price of lots without roads.
