I think the most important thing is to allow messages between mana holders. Collaboration will stagnate without them.

Also hoping for a way to put in 'offers' for parcels. This way we don't need to try guess the market and lower/increase our price so many times to get a sale.

Yes.. so breaking it down. It's messages between mana holders at the ethereum address level. This means that mana holders can directly message parcel holders.. vs/vs.
Offers are really important. Also, if you don't have road access you will want to kindly ask neighbours if you can gain access (have or door or alley way) through their parcel. @matty

the parcel editor allows you to submit contact information when pushing your configuration data to the block chain. a way to send messages to owning ethereum addresses, almost like virtual mail, would be great though and would increase the utility of the world.
imagine all parcels being addressable by email in someway e.g. [email protected] and addressable by a URL youd have complete VR presence
