While playing with the editor i noticed i could build below the xy-plane. The world could be set up in such a way that people could flip the xy-plane and the bottom could be an entire new surface effectively doubling everyone's land without breaking the uniqueness of ownership location. There people could develop an entire second DCL, +Z and -Z DCL. It would basically just require gravity to be towards the XY plane both sides and a way to switch sides.
This would be cool to implement in a year or two after silicon age once there is a lot of development and users. This would give people space to experiment more.

This would be dank af. With an interesting set of permissions allowed, this would allow for a lot of cool stuff. Specifically, private buildings and test zones.
