It's hard to detect when the kebab menu of the ListCard is clickable

In the My Lists tab, when a user hovers over a List Card it's hard to distinguish between the area to go to the detail page and the one that opens the kebab menu (three vertical dots).

Thanks for the help. Sorry for the missing description. I'll update the issue.

What it means is that in the Marketplace "My Lists" tab, it's hard to distinguish, when you hover over a List Card, which area is clickable to go to the List Detail Page and which opens the kebab menu.
