Incognito window: New user, as guest, never finishes loading #2159

Steps to reproduce:

Open a new incognito window (or clear cache/localstorage)
Log in as guest
Dress your new Avatar, press continue, accept terms & conditions

Expected behavior: user is brought to the 3D experience
What actually happens:
