Missing reports on the new website

Hi,

You used to host a detailed report on Nédélec elements at http://www.dealii.org/reports/nedelec/nedelec.pdf by Anna Schneebeli.
I have a copy, and you can still get it through Wayback Machine (Internet Archive), but I was wondering if you were planning to re-upload it somewhere else?

This particular pdf is also referenced in our wiki. Needless to say that the link doesn't work either.

Since Anna Schneebeli is the original author of the article, I would suggest that we should try to discuss with her what the best way to host her article is. Maybe it is better suited on arxiv or researchgate, than the deal.II website.

That would also apply to other reports that we (potentially) host. What do others think?

It's been almost 20 years since Anna's PhD thesis, and I believe that she did not stay in academia. It might be difficult to even locate her, but either way: When we put the article on the website, I recall that being with her approval. I would vote to just put the report back.

I have added the reports directory to https://github.com/dealii/website-large_assets and adjusted the symlink hook for the website to point to it. The subdirectory with the historical contents should be back soon.
