Integrate support for bridgechains (starting with ark devnet as a test) where delegate can also claim delegates from bridge chains and allow them to "merge" delegate under one account.

Open questions:

  • how should url structure look like
  • best way to merge accounts
  • how to handle "merged" accounts in the CMS and allow users to switch from one to another
