integrate into openage

Hi!

Are you interested in contributing this python module to the openage project at https://github.com/SFTtech/openage?

Currently, you don't state a license anywhere, but we'd like to encourage you to contribute the module as part of the openage.scenario subsystem, which will then be able to process scenario files.

To use your module, users would need to install openage (the engine only) and then call your module as openage.scenario or whatever as it's working currently and having it integrated into our engine to import/export scenarios.
