[Bug] Buffer not initialised on MagmaPostInit #88

Describe the bug
The MagmaPostInit autocmd is called before the buffer has been added to Magma.buffers and so is not initialised.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Define a MagmaPostInit autocmd that relies on the buffer being initialised
Call MagmaInit

Expected behavior
The autocmd should run without error
