Add Referenced By and Depends On section to node pages

Add a section to the table documentation that would contain links to the documentation for each parent and child table in the graph. This would make navigation through the docs site much simpler, as you could just directly follow the chain of references as far as you need without having to search or use the graph view.

This information is already contained in the manifest that the site is built from, so it should be easy to get access to. We can reuse the component from the macro pages to display the list of links to the nodes.
