libpax_counter_stop() crashes, if called twice #21

If libpax_counter_stop() is called, after once it was called, it crashes in xTimerStop(PaxReportTimer, 0), because PaxReportTimer handle was set to NULL in first run.

this was solved with release 1.1.0
