Should be prompted to provide a mainOverrides by default as it works now. No change here.

Add config for forceStrategy which when set to true and when mimosa-bower is unable to determine which files to copy, will automatically copy the entire contents of the bower_components directory for a component to where it would go based on the strategy that applies.
