Shot in the dark, but I use the Carousel module to rotate full screens and some use this module and some don't. (the rotate is triggered by an external system) I have noticed from logging that when the screen without a MMM-ProxyImage module active the module still seems to be running and making web requests.
It doesn't really hurt anything but is just needless load on my home assistant instance (which hosts the image requested). Any idea if the module should be running when not active on the screen?
Or is there a way to enable/disable this module via notification or to change the interval via notification? If so I could leave it at a very slow update interval normally and then before switching screens reduce it to make it more real time.
