Add an option to render-codeblock.html that allows to show a file name next to the code type tab. Maybe as disabled tab in the tab navigation.

not possible because the file name can't be piped through the whole highlighting code. it's possible via shortcode.

can be piped through via .Attributes method on the config options object.
