Decklink Video Output Device

Hello everybody! Thanks for this great job! I noticed that the feature of video input by a decklink device has already been implemented, but I did not find any way to configure a decklink as an output.

I would suggest also adding the video output feature for decklink.

hi, how do you add decklink to the input? By default, it does not find video devices.
