Twitch missing Bangkok Ingest server

When adding a Twitch Publication and selecting the Region, Bangkok, Thailand ingest server is missing from the list

Servers:

rtmp://bkk02.contribute.live-video.net/app/{stream_key}
rtmps://bkk02.contribute.live-video.net/app/{stream_key}
