Add the user that created the build to the deployment screen, next to the git version.

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
Sometimes a new version has been deployed and I don't know who created it or who deployed it. Dirty versions as well so hard to know the actual changes.

Are you currently working around this issue?
Asking the team and looking at git.
