Add Built-in Functions

It would be great if the built-in functions were also available in the pdf.

Thanks for the suggestion, Dave. Most (or all) of these should be in there - but they're under headings like "String functions" etc.; --- I'm looking at this version:

Are we missing some info, or do you mean that we need a single consolidated list of them? Thanks!
