Dat detail view

As per #248 amongst others, we've discussed having a "detail view" for Dats. Some of the possible features we've previously discussed:

• Overview of which blocks have been downloaded (hypercore-stats-ui)
• Overview of peers that have the full dataset / peers that have a partial copy (Show more network stats in the UI #248)

Hey all, many users have expressed that they would expect to see something like this when they click the dat, along with also the download location. Can we prioritize it?
