cannot install Q software as I am getting this warning

I went to Security and Privacy settings and allowed allow apps downloaded from: App Store and identified developers

OS is `MacOS BigSur 11.4 on a Macbook Pro 2018 - 2.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

Same issue here on Monterrey (12.3) on Intel.
