Exact same issue. I just received my new Das Keyboard X50 and the profiles work just fine on Windows 10. However, under Linux, the keyboard shows as disconnected from both Ubuntu and Arch Linux using the das-keyboard-q software. I'm running version 3.3.3. I can see the keyboard registered under
Also, as a side note, signing into the cloud service with sync my profiles turned on wipes out all the keyboard profiles. But this is a problem for another day, I just want to get the software working. |

New G4 Keyboard. I'm able to connect it to a windows 10 machine and update the firmware without issue
On Linux (both ubuntu and arch with the aur) it says the keyboard is disconnected. Tried basic troubleshooting. I'm typing this on the linux box and the keyboard's volume control and sleep button work fine. I'm able to run Q and login, browse plugins etc.
Any ideas?
