I'd like to release this weekend.

For transparency, this is because I want a version of dask/distributed with the recent flexibility around versions, which just went in, which is useful for an upcoming launch of Coiled.

My plan would be to wait 24 hours to let things marinate on that PR, if things seem fine I would release Saturday morning, and then be around to resolve anything on Sunday if it arises. I'd commit to being on-call during this process.

I'm totally happy for pushback on this. I can link to git hashes if necessary.

Also, I only really need this for distributed, but I would tend to co-release both out of habit.
