What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download latest(snapshot) windows build http://gsdview.appspot.com/dart-editor-archive-continuous/latest/dart-win32.zip
2. date of packaged files are outdated (feb 9)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
packaged files are updated (with current date)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
when downloading the two snapshot builds (feb 13, feb 14) the packaged files were identical (e.g. dart.exe), only the version number "revision" had a newer content (4199 instead of 4171)

build 4208 does not show that problem anymore.
did someone fix this?
