I am using firmware version 11.13 and the app gives an error after starting.

The application stopped working years ago, due to changes in the Animeflv.net servers and their quality, it used those of Ok.ru and they eliminated them, apart from the fact that the New 3DS only supports up to 480p video through HTTP, the project could be resumed again, but honestly no one is interested in it.
