fix the subsystem.getCurrentCommand() thing with the ifs and stuff
move the speed variables in robotContainer
remove inner subsystemMap classes
have a boolean property in the drivetrain for the falcon fault logging to enable/disable
clean up soft stops in climber.java
dummy classes for everything that might be disabled including limelight , pi, helper classes and wrappers
when photoeyeRework is done clean that up
