distortion correction without fieldtrip using antsIntermodalityIntrasubject.sh

Dear Dan,

I have one question concerning the last step in the distortion correction without fieldmaps or topup according to the Wang paper.
I tried to use method 2 (antsIntermodalityIntrasubject.sh) as the B0 and the T1 are derived from the same subject.
The script is working. However, I do not understand which input is required for the –w option (prefix of T1 to template transform) ??
Is there a special template required?
