1.弹幕位置分为滚动，置顶，置底。弹幕置顶、置底是固定显示n秒，不影响滚动弹幕的通道，也就是弹幕固定显示和滚动弹幕可以层叠显示，置顶置底有自己的通道（我在想是不是要弄两层Container进行定位实现）。
2.希望可以在视频暂停的时候，弹幕停止滚动，不然视频暂停了，正在播放的弹幕还在滚动，显得太突兀了
