Maybe related to #71. Building individual entrypoints easily via CLI like siroc build src/cli.ts to generate dist/cli.js

@pi0 Is this still something needed, given the support for multiple package exports in 4bc4d1d?

I think yes. Because we cannot always assume siroc is the only build tool in project meant for package.json fields. With this modification we can generate individual artifacts with specefic configuration (similar to bili)
