using siroc build (little bit hard to make preproduction)

Only generate final bundle but shortly a dev version is being generated in dist

This was originally to allow builds to progress in parallel in a monorepo. I'm guessing it became an issue because the build was interrupted, meaning that you still have a dev stub in your dist folder?

No actually it was just since i noticed fs writes (which probably little bit slows down too)

Would you please share more context why dev stub is needed for monorepo builds?
