Support anonymous completion counts

It's a common scenario that a quizlord member does quizzes with others that are not interested in joining Quizlord. In these cases it appears they are doing the quiz themselves but they may be doing it with many others. To better support this case an extra "unnamed" count option should be included when entering quiz results and a small (+1), (+3) etc shown next to the named people.

We could also consider optionally supporting adding email addresses of those you are doing the quiz with

• Send a quizlord invite to that person
• Once/if the person signed up they could have their quizzes backfilled
