Github integration is broken

Prerequisites

• Using npm
• Using an up-to-date main branch
• Using latest version of devtools. Check the docs for how to update
• Tried solutions mentioned in #400
• For issue in production release, add devtools output of DEBUG_PROD=true npm run build && npm start

Expected Behavior

Github PR status should be fetched and shown alongside branch information

Current Behavior

In Github orgs where personal access tokens are deactivated, requests against the repo for PR status are denied

Possible Solution (Not obligatory)

Converting to a Github App will allow official approval from org admins
