Write test cases to verify the results directory and db file gets created correctly

  • has expected date time
  • starts with Scenario when scenario is not saves (has no filename)
  • starts with the scenario's file name
  • verify agent logs get put in this directory
  • verify new result is started when a test is restarted
    • repeat verification tests above for restarted test
